Felida PTA Sponsored Programs
Felida PTA funds and orchestrates a plethora of programs for our Felida Elementary School Families and students throughout the year! Following is a list of the PTA sponsored programs, and specific information about these programs. Robotics Program at Felida Elementary
2022/23 was the first year we have been able to offer this wonderful program at Felida Elementary. This is currently offered to our 5th grade students and we hope to expand the program to more grades over the next few years.
Science Olympiad The Elementary Science Olympiad (ESO) is an exciting event at Clark College held every fall. Teams from local elementary schools in grades 3-5 participate in a fun half day of hands on events whose purpose is to excite, inspire, challenge and foster interest in Science, Engineering, and Math. Felida Elementary sends two teams to this competition, fully sponsored by the PTA.
Teacher Level Discretionary Funds
The PTA provides discretionary funds to teachers each year to help cover classroom needs that may not be included in the school budget. Teachers can use these funds for supplies, learning materials, enrichment activities, special projects, and other resources that directly support their students.
Grade Level Discretionary Funds
The PTA provides discretionary funds to each grade level to support shared needs, activities, and learning experiences. Teachers can use these funds for grade-wide projects, supplies, enrichment activities, and other resources that benefit all students within the grade.

Trunk or Treat
Trunk or Treat is a free festive event where families decorate car trunks and hand out candy in the school parking lot. Includes a 5th grade dance performance, fun prizes for creative trunks, a walking raffle and much more.
Spring Carnival
A free event hosted by the PTA, the Spring Carnival is a beloved annual tradition filled with free entrance, games, prizes, food, and fun for the whole family. Held at school grounds.
Bike, Roll, Walk to School
Bike, Roll, Walk to School Day at Felida Elementary invites students, families, and staff to bike, walk, scooter, or skate to school. The PTA helps organize and promote the event, coordinates volunteers, supports safe arrival, and creates a fun, welcoming experience for everyone who participates.
STEM Night
An evening of hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math fun. Held in the school cafeteria, the event features interactive activities, exciting demonstrations, and engaging challenges designed to spark curiosity and inspire young minds.
